Salerno Pizzeria: A Must-Visit for Pizza Lovers in Springfield

My first time getting a pizza here. Pizza is great and the staff are even better. Great value.

I have had their Pizza ,their tuna grinders, They're hot sausage grinder, their wings. They have a grinder called the Gabriella's one of my faves. Their food is amazing. Made fresh. The staff is so friendly. And very polite don't ignore you When they're very busy you are acknowledged . I would definitely give it a 10 star

New hours open Tuesday- Sunday! Closed Mondays. Everything is made fresh from the dough to the soup and eggplant. Literally every bite is like a taste of Italy.

Massive portion sizes! A small pizza is the size of a large. A large is a party size. Delicious, no-frills, New England pizza. Great atmosphere, and quick service

Delicious..the pizza is simply delicious...fresh fast. They have apple pay. Gift card are only cash.

Salerno's is absolutely delicious! If they had 10 stars or 20 or 100, you get the point-they would get them all! My all-time favorite pizza in this area. The sauce is amazing. On the sweeter side. I love it. They always and only use the best & freshest ingredients. My usual order is pepperoni & hamburg sometimes I add peppers. Pepperoni is fantastic. The great thing about peppers from them is they use red peppers!! They're sweet. YES! Green peppers give a pizza a whole different taste. Their "burg" is top-notch as is the cheese! Some places ( I won't name) use the cheapest ingredients and try to say "mozzarella" when it clearly isn't. Joanne & Sal-I love Salerno's! Consistently delicious pizza! The sauce was seasoned well, vibrant, and applied at just the right ratio to complement the cheese and crust. Everything came together exactly the way a properly crafted pie should. I’ll be returning, and I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates a pizza made with intention and consistency.
